Hello Parents,

Applications for the COMMONPOINT after-school program will be available on Wednesday August 26, Thursday August 27, and Friday August 28 from 10:00am - 12:30pm. Staff members will be located outside, in our school's yard distributing paper applications to apply for their after-school program.

What You Will Need To Submit:

*Paper Application & Program Consent Forms.

*Copy of Child's birth certificate or Passport

*Copy of Child's Vaccination or medical form

*Photo of Child & Pickup person (Hardcopy or emailed)

Juneteenth is a day that honors freedom, history, and hope. It marks the day in 1865 when the last enslaved people in the United States learned they were free—over two years after slavery had officially ended.

For our young learners, this is a meaningful chance to talk about fairness, kindness, and respect for all people.
