This Wednesday 7/30 the 100th Precinct Community Council meeting will be at 7pm. The meeting is held at the usual location 333 Beach 90th Street.(Knights of Columbus bldg) Come meet our officers and the precinct commanding officer with any of your police related concerns within the confines of the NYPD 100th Precinct
This month we also have a special guest speaker Mark T. Stewart the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Community Affairs.
Please be aware this is our last meeting until October 29th.

This past Wednesday evening at our normally scheduled 100th Precinct Community Council meeting, it was a special event as we wished Kathy Heavey congratulations on her retirement from the 100th Precinct Community Council. We had so much support from community members including our local elected officials Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato Joann Ariola NYC Council District 32 who both were kind enough to come and speak thanking Kathy for her 15 years of service to the community. Stacey even helped make it possible for the council to obtain a large grant which will help us greatly! Kathy, your integrity, honesty, and hard work are something that we on the council truly admire. We wish you well on your future endeavors.

NYPD 100th Precinct

We the board of the 100th Pct council want to make people aware tonight's meeting at the Knights of Columbus at 7:00 p.m. is a general meeting for the 100th Precinct Community Council. Our speaker tonight is from Ridgewood Savings Bank and will be talking about online fraud and scams. We will also have the local crime stats and other info presented by Deputy Inspector Hamilton who is the commanding officer of the precinct.
The 100th Precinct community council meeting welcomes anyone in the community to come voice questions or concerns only related to the confines of the 100th Precinct and the police department.
With that being said someone is putting out incorrect information that tonight's meeting is specifically for the horrible animal abuse situation and dog fighting that's been occurring in the Hammel houses. This meeting is not specifically for that, however we are more than happy to have animal lovers, rescues, and activists come to the meeting to voice their concerns and ask questions to our 100th pct officers and pct commander. Please be aware we will do our best to let everyone ask questions and speak, however we will be limiting their time if the meeting becomes too long- since we do have an agenda and also a limited amount of time with usage of the meeting room.
Whoever knows me already knows I am a huge animal lover and advocate myself, I am glad to hear that there may be a large amount of animal lovers and advocates coming to the meeting to speak and voice their concerns.
The 100th Precinct Community Council meetings are almost always held on the fourth Wednesday of every month unless we are on a break.

The Movie & Pizza with Santa event presented by the 100th Precinct & the Kiwanis of the Rockaways @ St Camillus gym was a JOLLY Success!
The kids enjoyed a great holiday movie & popcorn.
Delicous pizza from Crustinos of Beach 116th Street was served!
Everyone got a gift & delicious Madelaines Chocolates from Santa & his elves!

The 100th Precinct Community Council will be hosting a movie with Santa event. The event is open to all residents living within the confines of the 100th Precinct, which is from Beach 59th Street to Breezy point. Everyone must register using the bar code on the flyer OR
Email ([email protected]) with names & ages of kids and name of the accompanying adults who must be over 18 with addresses & phone numbers.
