As of 8/31/26 at 12:30PM Attention Members of the LAKE JACKSON WATER SYSTEM

There is a planned water outage on September 2, 2026, from 8am-5pm to for the replacement of 4 water valves at 1801-1925 Sageway Drive and Icicle Hill Road.

The water will be off in the affected area from 8 AM to 5 PM. As a result, a Precautionary Boil Water Notice will be in effect once services have been restored. Approximately 24 water services can expect service interruptions.

Update (6:30pm): Maintenance is complete, and all systems are back online. You can once again view the outage map, utilize the automated number, and utilize the myTalquin Member Portal for account management and outage reporting.

⚠️ Emergency System Maintenance – TODAY, August 26 ⚠️

TODAY, August 26, beginning at 6pm: Talquin’s systems will undergo emergency maintenance. During maintenance, Talquin’s outage map, the myTalquin Member Portal (outage reporting and account management), and automated phone services will be temporarily unavailable.

What this means for you:
- Bill payment through the myTalquin Member Portal and automated phone system will not reflect on your account if made during the maintenance window. Please make payments to your account before or after the scheduled maintenance.

- To report an outage or service issue, please call 1-888-802-1832.

We will update this post once maintenance is complete. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we work to improve your service!
