We're proud to celebrate the Marion County Endowment Fund Council's 12th year of grantmaking, supporting local nonprofits and the causes our community cares about. We're so grateful for the incredible nonprofits doing important work every day to make Marion County a better place.

As council chair Lydia Ahrens shared: "Every grant we award traces back to a donor who believed Marion County's future was worth investing in."

Thank you to our generous donors for making this impact possible!

Applications for the 2026-2027 Teens Active in Grantmaking cohort are open now through 9/1!

We are grateful to our neighbors at KrAzY cAkEs Cafe and Bakery for helping us spread the word with their Community Refresher, a drink offered all August-long to celebrate this program. If you know a teen who should apply, send them online here: https://mycommunityfoundation.org/tag

Teens are shaping where grant dollars go in our community — and this August, KrAzY cAkEs Cafe and Bakery is celebrating that with a drink of their own creation: the Community Refresher, a blend of blue raspberry, green apple, and citrus over lemonade. TAG gives local teens real decision-making power in community grantmaking. One KrAzY cAkEs team member has been part of the program firsthand. Try the drink all month, and if you’re a teen who wants in, find the link in our bio.
