Wishing you all a meaningful holiday weekend! Our office will be closed on Monday, 9/7 in observance of Labor Day.

Our office will also be closed at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, 9/8 through Thursday, 9/10 as our staff attends the annual Alliance of Illinois Community Foundations conference. Samantha Otte’s life was short, but her impact continues to grow. Created in her memory, the Samantha Otte Youth Opportunity Fund has supported numerous programs that open doors for local children by providing opportunities for artistic, leadership, and humanitarian pursuits among youth.

We're proud to celebrate the Marion County Endowment Fund Council's 12th year of grantmaking, supporting local nonprofits and the causes our community cares about. We're so grateful for the incredible nonprofits doing important work every day to make Marion County a better place.

As council chair Lydia Ahrens shared: "Every grant we award traces back to a donor who believed Marion County's future was worth investing in."
