The Plumas Rural Services' Transit program is seeking a good candidate to be a on-call Transit Driver.

This position will receive a hiring bonus of $500 when officially hired on, $500 once the driver has obtained the appropriate license, and $1000 after a year of hire.

The ideal candidate will possess a Class C with Passenger Endorsement and have driving experience. We will consider someone with Class C, B, and A licenses if they possess other required qualifications. If training is required for a Class C with Passenger Endorsement, the wage is $19.00/hr during training until license is required. Once a Class C with Passenger Endorsement is obtained, the wage will increase to $21.00/hr. This position will remain open until filled.
