After some very stressful days, we’re finally starting to make progress.

We are still working to port our original phone number, but in the meantime you can reach City Hall at 573-850-4099

I wanted to share an update before operating hours tomorrow.

I’ve spent many hours on the phone with AT&T trying to resolve our service issues. What has happened is something is was completely out of our control. At this point, we will be moving forward with a new internet provider, which we hope will be installed tomorrow. Unfortunately, despite ongoing efforts to prevent it, we may also have to change our phone number.

As soon as everything is back up and running, I will make sure our residents receive the updated contact information right away.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding while I’ve worked through this situation.

Good morning,

I have been working continuously over the past two days to restore our phone and internet services, but unfortunately, we have not yet been successful.
