⚠️ Racine County Declaration of Emergency

Racine County Executive Ralph Malicki has issued a Declaration of Emergency in response to flooding and severe weather impacts across the county.

County staff and emergency response partners are actively assessing damage, coordinating resources, and supporting impacted communities.

This declaration allows Racine County to respond efficiently and seek state and federal assistance if needed.

Flood waters can cause contamination of wells. You should suspect contamination if:
• your well casing becomes inundated.
• you notice taste, color or sediment changes in your water.
• your well is shallow-cased and you are near areas that have been flooded.
