The Radford City Treasurer’s Office is pleased to announce a new, more cost-effective way to manage your city accounts online. In our ongoing effort to reduce transaction costs for our residents, we have successfully launched a Pay by Bank / eCheck option across our online payment platform.

Previously, online transactions carried a processing fee of 2.50% plus $0.30 for credit/debit cards. By choosing the new Pay by Bank / eCheck option, you can bypass those percentage-based fees. Instead, you’ll have a flat $2.00 fee.

Our office has worked hard to ensure this convenient flat-rate option is available for nearly all city-related expenses. You can now use Pay by Bank / eCheck for:

• Real Estate Tax & Personal Property Tax
• Utility Bill Payments & Utility Deposits
• Parking Fines

How to Securely Pay Online

To take advantage of these savings on your next bill, visit the official city portal:

When completing your transaction, simply select Pay by Bank / eCheck at checkout and follow the prompts.

ROAD CLOSURES

Tuesday, May 26 - 800 block of Twelfth St. will be closed to through traffic for a water repair between the hours of 8am and 3pm. There is a potential for Wednesday closures with the same hours.

Wednesday, May 27 - Lovely Mount Dr. will be closed to through traffic between Rock Rd and Charmont Dr during the hours of 8am and 3pm for a water leak repair.

Friday, May 29 - 1800 block of Grove Ave will be closed to through traffic between E. Main St. and Eighth Ave. for a utility's investigation between the hours of 8am and 3pm.
