📢 COMMUNITY CLARIFICATION NOTICE
Please Read Before Attending: We have received several calls regarding this upcoming event and want to clarify eligibility to help make sure no one makes an unnecessary trip. While we wish we could assist every single family in need, program guidelines limit funding. If your household has already received LIHEAP cooling assistance from our agency since May 2026, you are NOT ELIGIBLE for this event.
For eligible low-income residents who have not yet received cooling assistance this season, join us for our special LIHEAP Cooling Season Walk-In Days!
Our team is ready and eager to serve as many families as our funding allows. No appointments are needed for these two days, just walk in!
🗓️ When: September 15 & 16, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
📍 Where: 900 38th St N, Birmingham, AL 35222
