1. The LORD is the Everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth.
2. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of His understanding.
3. He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.
4. Even youths willl become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhausttion.
5. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength.
6. They will soar high on wings like eagles.
7. The will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

3. Say to those, with fearful hearts, Be strong, and do not fear.
4. When He comes, He will open the eyes of the blind and uplug the ears of the deaf.
5. The lame will leap like a deer, and those who cannot speak will sing for joy.
6. A great road will go through that once deserted land.
It will be named the Highway of Holiness.

4. He will give justice to the poor, and make fair decisions for the exploited. The earth will shake at the force of HIs Word.
5. He will wear righteousness like a belt and truth like an undergarment.
