The word for today my friends.
1. Because of that experience, we have even greater confidence in the message proclaimed by the prophets.
2. You must pay close attention to what they wrote, for their words are like a lamp shining in a dark place.
3. Until the Day dawns, and Christ the Morning Star shines in your heart.
4. Above all, you must realize that no prophecy in Scripture ever came from the prophet's own understanding.
5. Or from human initiative. No, these prophets were moved by the Holy Spirit, and they spoke from God.
2 Peter 1: 19 Because of that experience, we have even greater confidence in the message proclaimed by the prophets. You must pay close attention to what they wrote, for their words are like a lamp shining in a dark place—until the Day dawns, and Christ the Morning Star shines in your hearts. 20 Above all, you must realize that no prophecy in Scripture ever came from the prophet’s own understanding, 21 or from human initiative. No, those prophets were moved by the Holy Spirit, and they spoke from God.

4. Our great desire is that you will keep on loving others as long as life lasts, in order to make certain that what you hope for will come true.

The word for today my friends.
1. For the word of God is alive and powerful.
2. It is shaper than the sharpest two-edged sword.
3. Cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow.
4. It exposes our intermost thoughts and desires.
5. Noting in all creation is hidden from Him.
6. Everything is naked and exposed before His eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.
Hebrews 4: 12 For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow.
