Mustang Madness is tonight, Thursday, March 19th from 5:30-8:00pm. There is no school for students on Friday, as it is a teacher workday.
All event passes and tickets purchased online or during lunch are being distributed today and tomorrow by homeroom teachers. Ticket envelopes not distributed will be available for pickup at the pre-purchased event entry table.
Below are additional details on how you can help us make the event run smoothly, ensure safety, and maximize your fun!
· If you have pre-purchased your entry band or are volunteering, please enter through the doors along Horton St. closest to the Counseling and Student Services offices (closer to flag poles).
· If you still need to purchase admission, please enter through the far set of doors along Horton St. closest to the cafeteria (at the end of the carpool line).
· Volunteers should report to the Volunteer Table located near the pre-purchase entrance prior to your shift to check-in. Please follow this procedure so we can ensure adequate coverage for all volunteer needs.
· Students performing in the auditorium should follow the arrival instructions provided by their teacher and will receive their event band at that time.
· All food/drinks will be located in the cafeteria and can be purchased using Food & Fun tickets.
· Additional Food & Fun tickets and remaining Mustang Maniacs t-shirts will be available for purchase in the ticket booth (located in the concession stand).
· For safety reasons, please refrain from parking in the fire lanes at the school.
The PTA’s Mustang Madness Committee, teachers, coaches, and students have been working hard to prepare for tomorrow's celebration, and we look forward to seeing all our families at the event.
