The 2026 Section 5310 Call for Projects is NOW OPEN!

Does your organization provide transportation or mobility services for older adults or individuals with disabilities? The City of Raleigh Transit, in partnership with CAMPO, is now accepting applications for FTA Section 5310 funding to support eligible projects that improve transportation access, expand mobility options, and help build a more accessible community.

Application Period: August 17 – September 14, 2026

We welcome both returning and new applicants to explore this funding opportunity. Eligible projects may include mobility management, travel training, volunteer driver programs, transportation services, accessibility improvements, technology, and other initiatives designed to reduce transportation barriers.
