The Department of Sociology and Anthropology’s Colloquium Speaker Series is kicking off next Tuesday, September 8 at 11:45 AM with our very own Dr. Jennifer Carroll. Dr. Carroll’s talk will be titled: “I’m gonna call it nice and unpleasant”: Advanced drug checking, phenomenology, and knowledge production in North Carolina’s illicit opioid networks.
