8/9/26 @ 5:15 PM NC Bail Agents with local law-enforcement, received intelligence regarding the Fugitive’s new address which after having the building surrounded the Fugitive tried to run, but was ultimately captured in the parking lot.

7/21/2026 @ 9:45 PM – North Carolina Bail Agents tracked the fugitive to his residence. After negotiating for over an hour, the fugitive surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.
