What sparks a passion for helping others? For many 4-H members, the North Carolina Youth Institute helps turn that passion into action.

NCYI is part of the World Food Prize Foundation’s Global Youth Institute, helping prepare the next generation of leaders working to address global food security challenges.

Through research, hands-on learning, service projects, and mentorship, students explore agriculture and food security issues while developing leadership skills and discovering new possibilities for their future.
