HSH is looking to hire a Part Time Operations Coordinator Assistant

25- 30 hrs per week
$12/ hour (opportunity for advancement)

- Must be able to do a working interview.

- must be able to lift above 40 -50lbs daily
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- light cleaning of the units will be required
- NCDL must be active
- will need to work with staff for quick changes of rental units when needed
- folding and sorting of laundry
- must be organized and task oriented to work by ones self without supervision
- casual dress
- must be able to follow GPS to units in Raleigh- Durham area

"My son Andrew picked up the keys this evening to Lassiter at North Hills. He started to move in today and is getting settled. He is very happy and very excited with his new apartment. I am very grateful for all you did to make this possible. I know we didn't have a lot of time to get this in place and I am very pleased with the outcome.
