ATTENTION SUNRIDGE FARM NEIGHBORS 🌺🌸
Hi Neighbors,
We hope everyone is doing well, and welcome to any new neighbors who have recently joined our community!
We wanted to provide a quick update regarding the ongoing construction at the top of our neighborhood. We know things have looked a little chaotic over the past year, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience during this process.
We continue to stay in touch with NCDOT, and while there is still work left to be completed, we are hopeful that things will begin returning to normal. Once the construction area is fully cleaned up, we will begin restoring the neighborhood entrance and signs so they can look like they did before construction began. Our goal is to make the front entrance beautiful and welcoming again, just as it has been in the past.
We have also been told that our neighborhood has been approved to have the roads paved within the next year, which is exciting news for all of us! We will continue to keep everyone posted as we receive additional updates.
In the meantime, we are continuing to maintain the front entrance area:
• The area will continue to be sprayed for weeds
• Overgrown bushes will be trimmed soon
• Landscaping improvements will begin once construction is complete
