It's at Navy Reserve Center Raleigh (NOSC Raleigh) Drill Weekend!

I took a few days off this week to soak in the whirlwind of last week of school activities, class parties, baseball games, dance recitals (all the things!) because boy do these previous times fly by and you won't get them back 🥹🥹🥹

It was a great way to cap it off with this crew and their beautiful families, spending time amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy weekend with those we cherish the most and showing gratitude for their support of our service.

An enormous shout out to ENS Sandra Okeke Bates and the team at NRC Raleigh for all of the energy and creativity they poured into bringing this event to us and making it such a success! Amazing job to all those who made this happen 👏🙌

Such a treat to reconnect with all my extended "Dale Family Tree" and witness firsthand the ways you are already leading and making a difference in the U.S. Navy Reserve and Navy Medicine. Making me and all of those here at Commander, Navy Recruiting Command so proud to be part of your stories! 💙💛

Always great to spend time with this crew and see all they are accomplishing.

PRT season in full swing and let me tell you, they are serious! PT readiness on POINT here, especially in our medical unit. They did the CF Murph yesterday 😳💪💪 and capped it off with some recovery yoga today 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Just phenomenal to see how this team has grown and all the amazing ways they are showing up. So proud to serve alongside you and call you "home" 💙💛 🫡

What a beautiful day to hang out on the Green Side!

Visiting my Navy Medicine colleagues for another informative pre-separation class and making the rounds on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune.

You might not be separating from Active Duty this year, but it’s important to have your 5-10-15 year plans on the radar and make sure you are evaluating all the options available.

Affiliation in the Navy Reserve can be the perfect launch pad for your next steps as well as offer a powerful financial and healthcare strategy for retaining the benefits you have EARNED - ensuring security into your retirement years down the road.

I'm comfortable providing a detailed analysis so that you know the questions to ask and options to consider as you navigate these life transitions.

Sometimes Reserve service is the answer and sometimes it isn't.

Let's talk through it and figure out what's best for you!

And if you're on base today and see me around - come say hi!! 👋

PRT season is here!

(Isn't it really always here though? 😉)

METCON kicked my butt today BUT...

Fun fact: sweat makes the perfect hair gel 💁‍♀️

Not pretty. But it gets the job done.

There’s no shortcut to readiness—just reps, miles, and the decision to show up when you don’t feel like it.

Consistency is key.

Grit is mandatory.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time…this is it.

Get after it today! 💪🏃‍♀️
