After 35 years of service, Chief Marc Leonardo has announced his retirement. Starting in 1991, Chief Leonardo has dedicated his life to serving the citizens of Ralston and has led the department with honor and integrity for the last nine years. We wish to thank Chief Leonardo for his leadership and service, and wish him the best in his future endeavors.

The City of Ralston encourages residents to attend August 18th's City Council Meeting at 5:30pm to learn about the upcoming Belmont-Sunset-Highland Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Project. This will be a multi-phase project in which Phase 1 is scheduled to start early 2027 and be completed spring 2028.

Big news from Nebraska Kid Governor Charlie Couch!

Charlie is kicking off a "Back to School" Supply Drive to benefit Hope Lodge Omaha, a place that gives cancer patients and their families a free "home away from home" while they receive life-saving treatment.

We want to fill those collection bins to the brim! Look for the marked bins at these locations:

City of Ralston Baright Public Library
Applewood Hy-Vee
