Summer Lunches will be available for teens and kids under the age of 18 on Wednesdays from 12-1pm, starting on June 17th.

Tweens and Teens ages 12-18 are invited to join our Dungeons & Dragons Club! 🐉

Where and when? Thursdays from 4 to 5 pm in the Homework Center at the Ramona Library (1275 Main St., Ramona, CA).

New to DnD? Come the first Thursday of the month to create your character and attend D&D Orientation. This activity is free and sponsored by the Friends of the Ramona Library.

The next Feeding San Diego food pantry at the Ramona Community Library will be held on TUESDAY, MAY 26, from 4 - 5:30 PM. Get a box of free and nutritious prepackaged foods and bulk produce while supplies last. Bring your carts and/or bags!

San Diego County Library is kicking off Summer at Your Library, running from June 1 to August 31.

You’ll find the 2026 Summer Learning challenge, events, curated booklists, eBooks of the Month and summer meal programs.

Join the Summer Learning Challenge! Register online or stop by any SDCL branch. Download a learning log to keep track of your progress. Complete 10 books, reading hours and activities by August 31.

Once you've completed the challenge, visit any of our 33 branches to pick up your well-deserved prizes! The SDCL Summer Challenge is open to all ages and abilities, and learning logs are available online in nine different languages.

The Ramona Library is hosting an Adult Book Club on Saturday, May 23, from 1 to 2 PM, and you're invited!

This month's pick is The Daughter of Doctor Moreau by Silvia Moreno‑García, a 2022 historical drama novel loosely based on H.G. Wells' The Island of Doctor Moreau. Bring your thoughts, discuss with fellow readers, and enjoy some light refreshments! 🍪

SAVE THE DATE! The legendary Peter Sprague is returning to the Ramona Community Library for a special summer performance on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 2:00–3:00 PM.

Peter is a San Diego based jazz guitarist, composer, arranger, recording engineer, producer, and life-long surfer; his performances are always energetic and entertaining!
