We are back with the raffles starting now until the end of our Nut Feed. Raffles include a gun raffle featuring a Henry .22 Firefighter Tribute, Weatherby 12 Gauge over and under, Yuma 42 gun safe, or a $250 cash prize. Along with the gun raffle, Silencer Central has donated a Suppressor Certificate for us to raffle off. See the photo for more info. And lastly, we will still have the 50/50 Raffle the night of the feed. Reach out to a firefighter or message us on Facebook to get your tickets. We hope to see you there!

Protecting our community takes teamwork, and today that team includes State Farm and National Volunteer Fire Council. We’re excited to announce that Ramona Fire Department was selected for a $10,000 grant to purchase a 2016 Ford F-550 to be converted into a Brush Truck. This investment keeps our firefighters safer and our community prepared. Thank you for supporting local departments!

Sound advice!

Due to high winds and dry conditions Lake County is in a burning ban.
Remember to keep your equipment clean of chaff while in the fields. We would rather see you in a few weeks for coffee and pancakes!

With harvest in full swing, remember to be safe out there – accidents can happen anytime!

To our local farmers: like last year, let the Ramona Fire Deptartment know if you have some available water storage or a tractor and disk ready to go in case of a nearby wildland or equipment fire. We are grateful to live in a community where people can come together for help!
