Creativity was on full display at our annual Tisdale Poetry Café! ✨📖 Our second and third grade poets explored a variety of poetry styles, learned how authors use words to express ideas and emotions, and then shared their own original creations. Through poetry, students had the artistic freedom to write from the heart and showcase their unique voices. We are so proud of our young writers for their creativity, courage, and confidence as they took center stage to share their work. 💙🎤

Our Kindergarten Star Book Concert is tomorrow for families! Today, the rest of the school had the opportunity to watch the performance, and it was heartwarming to see our first, second, and third graders singing along to songs they remembered hearing and singing themselves. It was a beautiful reminder of the special traditions and memories that connect our Hubbard students through the years. We cannot wait for our families to enjoy the show tomorrow! 🎶📚✨

Student voice in action! 👏 Tisdale Rambassadors proudly proposed changes to recess to Mrs. Aliano and Dr. Matteo. Ahead of the meeting, our Rambassadors took on the role of researchers and leaders by observing recess, surveying their peers, and gathering feedback about ways to make recess even better for everyone. Through this process, our students strengthened their independence, problem-solving skills, and leadership while learning that their voices can create meaningful change. Their work will leave a lasting impact on future students and help shape an even stronger school community. We are so proud of these young leaders! 💙💛
