We closed out the week celebrating our teachers with tons of prize donations from local businesses.
Congratulations to the following:
- 4th grade teacher - Mrs. Bancroft received a delicious prize pack from Raising Cane’s in C**n Rapids AND a $50 gift card from Crisp and Green!
- 5th grade teacher - Ms. Davis received a teacher goodie basket from Texas Roadhouse in C**n Rapids
- 3rd grade teacher - Mrs. Entinger received some tasty sauce and a gift card from Buffalo Wild Wings in C**n Rapids.
- 1st grade teacher - Mrs. Lehman won for a second time this week! This time getting a gift card from W***y McCoys in Ramsey.
- Multi-Lingual Teacher - Mrs. Johnson got a free Raising Cane’s meal!
Many other teachers also were welcomed back with donations of frozen custard from Culver’s in Anoka and free appetizers from Texas Roadhouse in C**n Rapids.

Thank you kindly to these local businesses that graciously donated to help welcome our teachers back to school. The hallways are ready for students! We can’t wait to see you all Tuesday, September 8th!

Students still needing enrollment support are encouraged to attend an Enrollment Center open house event from 3 - 7 p.m. TODAY at the Educational Service Center (2727 N. Ferry Street, Anoka). Families in attendance can try riding a school bus together around the neighborhood, and receive backpacks, school supplies and other resources. (Available for families in need.)

Yesterday we welcomed back our teachers to our hallways. Congratulations to our 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Lehman, who won a delicious pie from Bakers Square. Thank you General Manager Rick Hintz for donating this gift for our staff.

We look forward to seeing students and families back in our hallways for Open House tomorrow from 4:30-6:30.

A new Enrollment Center is now open to support families new to or interested in enrolling in Anoka-Hennepin Schools!

Families may schedule an appointment or walk-in to:

• Receive support in completing the online registration process
• Receive translation/interpretation assistance
• Complete early childhood screening
• Conduct English Language learner (EL) assessments.
• Apply for free/reduced priced meals and additional resources for eligible families.
•Information on all Community Education programming

Walk-in visits are accepted from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Families may contact the Enrollment Center directly to set-up an appointment.
