➡️ Tip 2: Plan for the ‘In-Between’ Moments. VBS moves fast... until it doesn’t. Sometimes a station finishes early, or a technical glitch happens. Be ready with a backup plan
➡️ Tip 3: Designate a ‘Floater’. If you have scraped knees or missing name tags, make sure you have someone to call to the rescue.

➡️ Tip 1: Turn the whole VBS into a stage. Don’t let your drama team disappear after the skit! Have your actors stay in character and walk around to interact with the kids.
➡️ Tip 2: Make your goodie bags really good! Goodie bags are a great way to send the memory of VBS home, but they don’t have to be filled with just candy. Partner with local businesses.
➡️ Tip 3: Boost your budget. Let’s face it, VBS is expensive! If you don’t charge a registration fee, try selling shirts or asking for snack donations to help offset your VBS costs.
