First Place. High Music. High Visuals. High Percussion. 🏆

On Saturday, Valhalla Vanguard won the Falcon Invitational at Scripps Ranch High School, taking 1st Place in Division 1A and winning High Music, High Visuals, and High Percussion. The win keeps them undefeated this season and holds them at #2 in the state in their division.

This is what Honor and Excellence sounds like. Every early rehearsal, every long Saturday, every rep on the field shows up in moments like this. Huge credit to our students, their parents, and the directors and staff who push them to this level.

Next stop: Division Championships at California High School in Whittier on November 14. If you see a Vanguard member on campus this week, congratulate them. They earned it.

Congrats to our amazing Quarter 1 NORSE STARS!

Every quarter, teachers nominate students for the coveted Norse Star Award. Students can be recognized for the hard work and effort put forth in the pursuit of good grades or they may also be chosen for their service or kindness to others, leadership on campus, or for displays of honor while facing difficult choices/circumstances.

At Valhalla, we encourage every student to follow the NorseCODE, “Cooperation, Ownership, Diligence, and Empowerment.”
