Effective 12/19/22 at 6:00pm:

The City of Randleman has implemented a new ONLINE payment system for DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS- MyGovHub. You will no longer need your PIN to log in. You can choose "Quick Pay" to make a one-time payment, or you can register to set up an account for reoccurring payments.

If you live on Morningside in Randleman, you may be without water until Asheboro can repair the break.

The Board of Aldermen/women meet twice a month, once for Pre-Agenda and then the Regular Board meeting. The public is welcome to attend any meetings, and we encourage you to attend!

If you wish to speak at the meetings, please contact our City Clerk, Connie Cross, at 336-495-7502.

Board meetings are at the Council Chambers Building, located behind City Hall (105 W. Naomi St. Randleman).

Pre-Agenda Meetings are last Tuesday of the month and Regular Board Meetings are the first Tuesday after the First Monday of the month. Both take place at 6:00pm.

Residential garbage schedule remains the same, along with bulk pickups on Wednesday.

Emergency locates and bores have been completed and crews are finally able to repair the water main break in front of Ready Mart on Main Street today. Water services should only interrupt a few in the area, and crews have made contact.

Thank you for your patience in this matter!

**Update: 1:10pm- water services will be disconnected for about an hour from Academy Street to the car wash. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

**Update: 2:30pm- water is back on

Crews are out working on a water main break at East Brown and Worthville Street.

Sat. 11/12/22, 7:35pm

**Update, 11/13/22 at 7:21am... Crews have been out all night working. Service should hopefully be recorded in 30 minutes.

**Update 8:20am- crews went to turn water back on and now there is another leak further down the line. Please be patient, as crews have been out all night.**

**Update 11:45am... cutting a bad hymax coupling and repairing. Hoping to have service reconnected by 3pm.**

**Update 3pm... Crews are having to dig again, as the leak continues. Every Public Works employee we have, including our recently retired PW Director, are in the scene trying to resolve the issue. Please be patient with the workers who are close to working for 24 hours straight. No estimated timeframe at this point..*

****5:30 pm- water services have been/will be restored.**

The City of Randleman received notice from the City of Asheboro that the use of chloramines will be used as a means of disinfection on Thursday, December 1, 2022.

Please note, customers on the Southside of Randleman must remove chloramines from water used in fish tanks and aquariums and from water used in the kidney dialysis process.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit has been nominated for the . The grant will help provide for the needs (such as equipment) of the K9 Team.

The voting period begins at 5:00am CST on October 24, 2022, and ends at 11:59pm CST, on October 31, 2022 (that’s 4am EST on October 24 – 10:59pm EST on October 31). Once the voting begins, votes can be made by "legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older with a valid email address or social media account at time of entry."
