The 559th Medical Squadron reports to the 559th Medical Group, under the 59th Medical Wing at Wilford Hall Medical Center and provides comprehensive medical and dental care, physiological training, disaster response, health promotion and occupational public health support to Randolph AFB units and a beneficiary population of more than 48,000. RANDOLPH RADIOLOGY:

Randolph Radiology Department is currently experiencing limited capabilities for X-ray studies (Mammography & Ultrasound Appointments not affected) due to machine malfunction. We are awaiting delivery of a necessary part, and at this time, do not have an estimated time for the resumption of full operations. However please be advised that both Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) and Lackland Air Force Base are fully functional and available to complete these studies.

The walk-in hours for XRAY, for these facilities are as follows:

BAMC: Monday-Friday 0730-1600 (Wednesdays: 0930-1600)
Wilford Hall: Monday- Friday 0730-1700 (Wednesdays: 0930-1700)

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

Randolph Clinic will be open tomorrow and operating on a normal schedule, with appointments continuing as planned.

✔️ If you are able to safely travel, please plan to arrive for your appointment as scheduled.
📱 If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you cancel or reschedule as soon as possible by calling CAMO (210-916-9900) or your clinic, or using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

Your safety is our top priority. Please use your best judgment when traveling and allow extra time if road conditions require it. If conditions are unsafe where you live, we understand and encourage you to prioritize your well-being.

From early Saturday through Sunday, the Hill Country and the I 35 corridor have the highest potential for ice accumulation, with a 40 to 60 percent chance of at least 0.10 inches of ice.

Areas farther south, including San Antonio, have a lower chance for ice, but uncertainty remains. Ice amounts, timing, and the duration of freezing temperatures may still change.
