Airman and Family Division at AFPC
The Airman and Family Division (DPFF), within the Directorate of Airman and Family Care (DPF) at the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), is responsible for operational oversight to 76 active duty Airman and Family Readiness Centers, offering programs and services in 15 core areas to nearly 1.7 million Airmen and families.
The division also provides guidance to Retiree Affairs Offices, supporting nearly 700,000 retirees worldwide, conducts background research on Foreign Government Employment applicants and responds to Board of Corrections for Military Records requests regarding Survivor Benefit Entitlements.
In addition, the Comprehensive Airman Fitness Operations section operationalizes Air Force Comprehensive Airmen Fitness (CAF) policy, manages logistics and develops/reviews curriculum for the Master Resilience Trainer Course, along with tracking the progress of Master Resilience and Readiness Assistant Trainers (MRT/RTA).
