Rankin County Hospital District EMS

Hurricane Beryl put our region through a time of incredible need for EMS response. We're thankful to the strike teams who were able to come to our District to ensure calls for service could be answered in a timely manner while staff got the rest they needed to continue providing excellent care.

In total, we had five days of Strike Team support, and during that time, the they responded to 290 calls.

Thank you South Texas Emergency Care Foundation, Inc., UMC EMS, Bronzestar ambulance, , Rankin County Hospital District EMS, Bailey County EMS, Lumberton Fire & EMS Hardin County ESD #2, Willacy County EMS, and Allegiance Mobile Health for serving alongside us!

And thank you to SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory Council and Texas Emergency Medical Task Force Region 6 for having resources ready!

Starting next Monday, July 31st, there will be construction going on in the Wellness Center parking lot. There will be cones blocking this area. We ask members and visitors to please utilize the parking spaces near the pharmacy and hospital entrance. The Wellness Center handicap spots will still be open and available for use. Thank you!
