Congratulations to the 114th FW on receiving the Spaatz Trophy for being the most outstanding flying unit in the Air National Guard at the 143rd National Guard Association of the United States General Conference in Las Vegas. Gen David Allvin, Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force discussed how the Air Force will incorporate the Air National Guard into Accelerating change within the Air Force.
