Is your emergency kit ready?

Start with the basics: water, food, medications, basic first aid supplies, a flashlight, important records and phone numbers, and a way to keep your phone charged.

You do not have to build your kit all at once. Add one item at a time and keep going until your household has what it needs.

Save this post for your next supply run. ✅

🍂 Hello, Fall! 🍁

The first day of fall is looking pretty good from our office window. 🚐💚

As the leaves start changing across the Northern Hills, our Meals on Wheels crew is still doing what we do every day: bringing meals, connection, and a friendly face to our neighbors.

We couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop to officially welcome the season. 🍁🌲

Happy First Day of Fall from Northern Hills Meals on Wheels!
