Doing something personal today. This a post from my sister who wise.

I have been poisoned! That bad girl Ivy has poisoned me! That’s not nice, as I was just trying to make my spot in the world look nicer!🤣. She is a creepy lady too! She is creeping right up my neck onto my face! I do have my little pills to take care of her but it won’t happen overnight. She was hiding from me in plain sight! I remembered too late that she was there, but she had made herself look nicer so I was tricked! Makes me think about life situations! Someone, something, someplace looks so nice! We get sucked right in! Before we know it, our innocence or our lack of checking things out, thinking about our choices, have gotten ourselves poisoned! Isn’t that so true in our lives! Our ancestors were following a path of a better life in an unknown place that sounded so peaceful, so pretty, where they would have more freedom more opportunities, a place to explore and have religious freedom. Worship however they pleased. Little by little, we have been poisoned by following the wrong leaders, looking for happiness and beauty in places where we have been led by false prophets and the elite people who make promises they never intend on keeping. Greed has taken over our country and the world. Greed has been poisoning us for so long. It has been creeping us for years and now, how do we get out of the mess it has created? I just started reading the book of Ezekiel and God was so mad at Israel! He calls their deeds “utterly detestable “. All I can say is when we get our God to the place He was, all those years ago, it should scare us into cleaning up our act and our country before He decides we need more than just a scolding once in a while. Covid should have been a good warning but it looks like people seem to forget pretty quickly. Our churches were shut down but now that they are opened again, I think people have, in the meantime, found other things to take their place. A big issue on TV this morning was about a High School coach being fired because he prayed with his players. Hopefully this will end in the right way and praying will win out!! Evil is out to poison us and we can’t let that happen! It’s so easy to step right in the thick of it if we aren’t careful! Just ask me! I learned the hard way!🤣😅. Well folks, watch your step, watch who you are idolizing, watch where you are going and watching. We must always be ‘on the watch’. God doesn’t want us to be poisoned. Pray for our great country and world today and Make God Smile!🥰

Pennington County Absentee Voting Begins April 23

The Pennington County Auditor’s Office announces that absentee voting will begin on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.

Following the start date, voters may cast absentee ballots at the Auditor’s Office located at 900 Concourse Drive, Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm.

For any additional information regarding absentee ballots, please reach out to the Auditor’s Office at 605-394-2153.
