United Urban Warrior Society Supports the Impeachment of “TRUMP”
Reading and hearing about the threats that “TRUMP” has spewed out of his mouth against the Water defenders, The Great Sioux Nation (Oceti Sakowin) and against our Treaties! We have to make this statement. OUR TREATIES are protected by Article 6 of the U.S. and you Mr. Trump! Cannot just come into this office and change or delete any
thing in the US Constitution! Who the hell do you think you are? U.U.W.S. Stands behind the indigenous peoples of this continent in their defense of “Unci Maka” (Mother Earth) and we will stand against you and your Corporate buddies! You and your family come from illegal immigrates! and don't forget that! We did not invite you here nor did we want you here. As an enrolled tribal member of Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and founder of United Urban Warrior Society, We will stand in solidarity with the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal President Harrold Frasier, all tribal nations and those apposing “Trump”. We will support and promote Impeaching “Trump” and his business cronies! These treaties are ours! and they are protected by the US Constitution! Under “Supreme Law of the land” and we have Domestic Sovereignty. You did not ask us about this issue! You did not invite us to the table! ......... Educate yourself “TRUMP” we will not just let this go and step aside! NO WAY! not now! not ever! (1851 & 1868 Treaty) As long as water flows, or grass grows upon the earth, or the sun rises to show your pathway, or you kindle your camp fires, so long shall you be protected from your present habitations.”

This Treaty is protected under the US Constitution:
Article Six establishes the Constitution, and all federal laws and treaties of the United States made according to it, to be the supreme law of the land, and that "the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, any thing in the laws or constitutions of any state notwithstanding." It validates national debt created under the Articles of Confederation and requires that all federal and state legislators, officers, and judges take oaths or affirmations to support the Constitution. This means that the states' constitutions and laws should not conflict with the laws of the federal constitution and that in case of a conflict, state judges are legally bound to honor the federal laws and constitution over those of any state. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land. No other laws from State governments may supersede this document's authority
This law is of the people and for the people. It can only be changed by the people. With the ballot box as their sword, the people elect public officials to tend to the business of the country. They must submit to reelection and the scrutiny is intense. The Constitution limits the power of public officials, elected and appointed. The power of impeachment provides a back stop of protections. The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
