Dodi is already a familiar face to many in our community as a valued member of our ReStore team. Every day, she helps support Habitat's mission of building homes, communities, and hope. Now, she is taking the next step in her own journey toward affordable homeownership.

"My past rentals have been about 40-50% of my income," Dodi shared.

Like many hardworking individuals and families, Dodi has experienced the challenges of finding housing that is both safe and affordable. Through Habitat's Homeownership Program, she is working toward a future that offers greater stability, affordability, and opportunity.

We are honored to partner with one of our own as she begins this exciting journey.

It’s never too late to honor the incredible legacy of former President Jimmy Carter and First Lady Rosalynn Carter through Habitat for Humanity.

For decades, their passion for affordable housing inspired people around the world to come together to build strength, stability, and hope through shelter.

This year, the 40th Annual Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project returned to Atlanta for the first time since 1988, bringing hundreds of volunteers together to build 24 homes in just five days.

Their legacy lives on through every volunteer, every family, and every home built.
