Join us for Market Style Pop-Up Food Pantry at Portage County Health District this Thursday, June 4!

Park and walk through our pantry area full of fresh food and additional resources from community partners! Wheelchairs, wagons, and volunteers are available to assist in moving through the market and carrying groceries.

We are excited to welcome a new community partner from the Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired (BSVI), who will be bringing a mobile bus to provide vision screenings directly to participants!

If you’re looking at the main entrance of the Administration Building (where the elevators are) from the parking lot you will see a sidewalk to your right ➡️ and this sign too to help you get to our front door!!

Many people get confused when coming to our office, especially since we moved from the third floor of the Administration building (“old hospital”) in 2024 over to the two-story Annex building.
This move was very important to us as we are growing and assisting more veterans, their families and their survivors. This space allows us to assist everyone on the first floor, have space for storage, space to hold meetings and continue to grow and improve.

We are located on the same property, but we have different street addresses. Our parking lot spans between South Meridian and South Chestnut street. You can enter from either road and get to where you need to be however, be CAUTIOUS because the first driveway when coming from the north on Chestnut is an EXIT ONLY.
