In the spirit of March Madness firefighters trained on air management during this month's training. Similar to a structure fire or a situation where we need to pack up, shooting hoops raises firefighters heart rates, teaching them how to conserve the air they carry. The better firefighters can conserve air, the longer and more efficient they can work at a scene. Special thanks to Ravenna EMS for checking our vitals during training, and to Deputy Stalder for stopping by Buffalo County Sheriff's Office.

LOOK AT THAT MEAT!!! It’s gonna be good for sure! If you can stop by the Cairo community center this Saturday from 5-8pm 3/21/26 for a DRIVE THROUGH OR DINE IN meal to support us, that would be so so appreciated!! But if you can’t, all we ask is that you like 👍🏻 and share this post. The like and share won’t cost you a dime but it makes all the difference to us! Thank you everyone! Have a great evening!
