The Portage County Health District’s Vision Care Outreach Program offers essential eye‑care support for eligible children, adults, and seniors who meet income guidelines, lack vision insurance, and haven’t used the program in the last two years. To learn more or see if you qualify, give them a call.

Are you in need of a phone to stay connected for work, school, benefits appointments, etc.? If so, phones will be available on the spot for eligible individuals on August 6th from 4pm-7pm at the PMHA main office.

Thrive Together Farmers Market kicks off in 7 days!

Join us every Tuesday at Portage County Health District to shop from local farmers, bakers, and vendors offering fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, flowers, spice blends, and even tool sharpening. Additional activities may include blood pressure screenings, food demonstrations and tastings, and yoga on the lawn at 6:00PM.

Tasty Tuesday vendors are invited to stay until 5:00PM.
