Ravenna Public Schools MI RPS Board: Josh Emery, Fred Rosel, Mike Pierson, Ryan Jawor, Justin Bamford, Becki Deater, and Mark Jacobs We need the whole community to help in this effort.

The Ravenna School Board hopes to keep Ravenna schools one step ahead and help students develop into responsible, educated, contributing adults. We will attempt to keep the community up to date on our endeavors and activities with hopes of involving as many community members as possible.

Muskegon County will offer hearing and Vision screenings by appointment for students in preschool through 9th grade on August 18 and 25, 2026. There is no cost to families. Please have parents call Public Health Muskegon County at (231) 724-1394.

FREE BACKPACKS AND SUPPLIES! Ravenna Public Schools recently picked up 50 backpacks from the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District. These backpacks contain crayons, folders, a notebook, pencils, a pencil sharpener and a book! These backpacks are geared toward students in grades K-6. If you are in need of a backpack and supplies, you may pick them up at the Ravenna Public Schools Administration Building 12322 Stafford Street, Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3pm, beginning August 17, or you may email your child's building to request a backpack be available once school begins. While supplies last! Thank you Storehouse of Community Resources for the Big Backpack Build!
