Last week, some of our gathered at the SCOPE Portage County Senior Center in Ravenna to create Kindness Rocks.

These rocks will be placed around town to provide individuals with a kind reminder when they may need it. To learn more about becoming an Americorps Seniors Foster Grandparent, Senior Companion, or RSVP volunteer, reach out.

Some programs offer a small stipend if eligible.

🌟 We’re excited to introduce **Shannon Lehn**, our new **Foster Grandparent and Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Coordinator for Portage and Stark Counties**!

Shannon joined our team in October 2023 as an Outreach Coordinator and quickly became an important part of our organization. In her new role, she’s looking forward to working with our amazing volunteers and partners — and building even more connections in the community. 💚
