Adults and Teenage drivers: Please be mindful of the 25mph speed limit. Just yesterday alone, there were 8 offenders rushing down Westwood both in the morning and afternoon.

Those speed signs are up for a reason: Safety. Safety is our priority especially when it comes to the children of Forest Ridge.

If you have a teenage drive, please remind them to be vigilant of the speed limits. Adults, the same goes for you as well.

School has started so please SLOW DOWN!

Drove around the neighborhood and cannot tell you how many houses left grass clippings on the street mainly on Hidden Brook into Halwick. As a reminder, please DO NOT LEAVE GRASS CLIPPINGS ON THE STREET!!

Good morning neighbors,

It has been brought to our attention that there was a woman knocking on doors asking to utilize a phone for a ride.She said that she was there visiting a friend up at the condos and didn't have reception to call for a ride after her friend left so she proceeded to walk down through the neighborhood to find a signal.

This woman proceeded to knock on doors to ask for help. A neighbor decided to call the sherrif just to be safe. Later it was found that 2 others did the same as well. 3 patrol cars came into the development looking for this woman with no luck. The sherrif informed the HOA that sometimes people use this ploy as a distraction while someone hides around the house to jump the individual if they exit the home.

Note we do not know if this was the case in this matter. This is a word of caution in case this happens again. As a reminder, if you see something, say something! We would like to thank those who called the sherrif and notfied the HOA of this matter.
