Carbon County Senior Services-Rawlins Senior Center Carbon County Senior Services, Inc. is comprised of 8 senior centers across Carbon County. All of our centers provide lunch Monday through Friday.

We have centers in Rawlins, Saratoga, Encampment, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow, Hanna, Baggs, and Dixon.
