If you see a non-lettered ambulance in Raymond well we are running in a loaner from Autotronics until they can repair the liquid spring suspension in our truck. Our other truck is also out of service for front end work. We hope it is back soon. It is difficult to run a service this busy with simultaneous emergencies with one truck.

⚠️ AFTER-DARK SEVERE WEATHER THREAT TUESDAY NIGHT

This is an unusual setup for northern New England. Severe thunderstorms here typically weaken after sunset as daytime heating fades, but Tuesday night’s storms may remain organized and intense well into the late evening—and possibly past midnight in eastern Maine.

Approximate timing:
7–9 PM: Western New England and western Maine
9–11 PM: Central Maine
11 PM–2 AM: Eastern Maine and Downeast

The primary threat is damaging wind, but some storms may also produce large hail, frequent lightning and torrential rain. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.

A widespread, organized severe-weather threat continuing this late at night is uncommon in northern New England. It is also more dangerous because storms are harder to see after dark and many people may be asleep when warnings are issued.

Keep your phone charged, make sure weather alerts are turned on and know where you would shelter before going to bed. Timing remains approximate and could shift as storms develop.

Download my weather app asap. It’s built for severe weather alerts.

Woods Fire Update #2 - 7/13 @ 7:00am

Excavator crew paused operations at 2200 last night. Operations resumed this morning at 0600. Chief Jordan with a member of the Maine Forest Service inspected the scene. No hot spots were discovered. Full operational crew, including firefighters from mutual aid departments will be back on scene through the day to remove hose lines and tools.

Again, we will keep you updated when we can and we have new information.

At this time our crews have enough snacks and drinks! THANK YOU ALL!! ❤️
