Waste Services RFP

The Raymond School District is accepting sealed bids for waste services for trash and recycling. The duration of the contract will be from August 31, 2026 – June 30, 2029. Three (3) copies of each bid should be sealed and clearly marked “RFP Waste Services”.
Bids are due by and will be opened at 11:45 am on July 22, 2026 at the Raymond Superintendent’s Office, Terry Leatherman, Superintendent, SAU #33, 43 Harriman Hill Road, Raymond, NH 03077.

Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to:

RHS Assistant Principal Search Committee Being Formed

The Superintendent of Schools is establishing a search committee for the Raymond High School Assistant Principal. This committee will include RHS teachers (one of which must be an REA member), RHS support staff, administration, parents, and one school board member. Committee meetings are expected to be scheduled during the week of July 20, 2026, times TBD.

Employees interested in serving on the committee, please let Jennifer Heywood know by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026.

Parents interested in serving on the committee, please submit a letter of interest by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026. Note that letters of interest submitted by parents will be reviewed by the School Board and parent membership on the committee will be named by the School Board.

Oil and Propane Fuel Bid

Raymond School District is accepting sealed bids for furnishing and delivering oil and propane to Lamprey River Elementary School, Iber Holmes Gove Middle School, Raymond High School, and the SAU 33 Administration building. The contract period shall be date of award to June 30, 2027.

Bids are due by and will be opened at 12:00 PM on July 9, 2026 at the Raymond Superintendent's Office, 43 Harriman Hill Road, Raymond NH 03077. All bid pricing must be valid through July 16th. Three copies of each bid should be sealed and clearly marked "Oil and Propane Bid." Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to:

Changes to Purple and White Bus Routes - Effective Monday, April 13, 2026

There are some changes to the white and purple bus routes, taking effect on Monday, April 13th. No existing stops have been removed. An additional stop has been scheduled, and some pickup and drop-off times have shifted.

These changes affect the white and/or purple routes at all schools. Parents, please visit www.sau33.com/transportation to see the new routes with adjusted pickup and drop-off times.
