It is an RHS tradition that at the end of each school year, the yearbook staff, along with Mr. Brazeau, dedicate the yearbook to a well deserved staff member. This year, the students selected a teacher who is caring, funny, and most supportive, in and out of the classoom.
We are pleased to announce that the recipient of this year's recognition goes to Mr. Koch. Congratulations, a very well deserved, honor! We thank you for all that you do!

Congratulations to Avery, our new 'Student of the Week'!

Avery is a high achieving student in all of her classes. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face. She is involved in almost every aspect of the RHS community. Avery plays both volleyball and basketball, and she participates on our track team; she also helps out with K-2 youth basketball, plus she works with the Summer Rec program. She is an active member of the Site Council, the Student Council, and the Spanish club at school; she’s also a member of the National Honor Society. Avery's dedication and determination to excel are evident across the board. She won a ribbon at the recent History Fair for her outstanding research project, and her Vietnam War license plate won recognition for Most Creative. This powerhouse student is truly living the Forever Green experience!

Recently, the RHS sophomore student leadership group visited the 8th grade students at Iber Holmes Gove Middle School. The question and answer session provided middle school students the opportunity to ask the high school students questions regarding the ongoings of the high school, i.e. schedules, sports, particular classes, extracurrilar activities and other high school procedures. The goal is to ease the transition for the students from middle to high school next year.
Thank you to all the leaders, students and student facilitators! We're looking forward to meeting you in the fall!
