Ms. McCann has been a wonderful Assistant Principal for the past 4 years at Raymond High School. RHS has benefited from Ms. McCann's kindness, supportive nature, guidance, and professionalism in assisting students and staff.
Ms. McCann has been promoted as the new Principal at Iber Holmes Gove Middle School. We are happy for Ms. McCann, of course, although sad for us at Raymond High School.
Best of luck Ms. McCann, we will miss all that you have done for RHS!

Another wonderful project made by the students in the Woodworking 2 Class!
The wig stands will be donated to local hospitals for cancer patients who wear wigs, due to cancer treatments. On each stand, there will be a note saying that RHS cares about them. Also, that one of the three pieces of wood that make up the stand, came from the old oak tree that RHS was built around.❤️

A BIG shout out to Ms. Nataly Medrano. Last night at the School Board meeting, Ms. Medrano received the 'Champion for Children' award. This is a district wide award that recognizes one educator a year, who has gone above and beyond building relationships, advocating, and supporting the students. Ms. Medrano is respected by the students and staff. Her kind demeanor and smile are contagious.
Congratulations Ms. Medrano, we appreciate you!

Today is national ballpoint pen day. On June 10th, 1943, the ballpoint pen was patented. Just think how many times we have used the pen in school since then. 😄🤣

This is the first Adirondack chair made by the Woodworking 2 students. One of the students in the class purchased the chair at material cost, and is now the proud owner of this beautiful piece of furniture.
