🚑 ONE TEAM, ONE FIGHT. 🚑

It really does take a village to get the job done, and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible network of professionals we stand alongside every day. Emergency response is a massive puzzle, and every single moving piece matters.

Today, we want to extend a massive THANK YOU to our dispatchers and our incredible mutual aid partners:

Our Dispatchers: The calm, guiding voices behind the scenes who keep us organized and safe.

Illinois State Police (ISP) & Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (MCSO): Thank you for always having our backs, securing the scene, and keeping our community safe.

Raymond Harvel Fire Department: Our brothers and sisters in red—thank you for your seamless teamwork, heavy lifting, and dedication.

Our Neighboring EMS & Fire Departments: Whenever the call goes out, you answer without hesitation.

No single agency can do this alone. When the tone drops, there are no boundaries—just one mission. We are deeply grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and sacrifice of everyone who steps up to protect our community.

Thank you for being part of the team. We've got your back, and we know you’ve got ours! 🤝❤️

EMS Week may be over, but our recognition of the incredible people who make our service what it is will continue — past and present alike.

This guy, David Weir, would probably rather avoid any recognition at all. He’s the calm in the storm, the quiet presence behind the chaos, and someone who never seeks the spotlight. Yet he contributes to our service in ways that are difficult to put into words.

When he’s not serving alongside us at RHAS, his absence is truly felt. But when he’s away, he’s serving our country, and for that we are eternally grateful.

Some people don’t ask for recognition, but they deserve it all the same. Thank you, David, for everything you do — both for our service and for our nation

🇺🇸 Memorial Day 2026 🇺🇸

Today, Raymond-Harvel Ambulance Service pauses to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

Their courage, dedication, and selflessness gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day. We are forever grateful to those who gave everything in service to our nation.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, let us also take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and honor the heroes who never made it home. ❤️🤍💙

From all of us at RHAS — thank you to our fallen heroes and to the families who carry their legacy each day.
