September is "9 to 5" month for the Louisiana Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Please join us as Richland works 9 to 5 to celebrate Dolly's life, legacy, and love of literacy!! What a better way to honor Dolly than to register children in her Imagination Library! Throughout the month, visit local businesses to register your young child, age birth to 5,to receive a free book in the mail every month until their fifth birthday. 🦋❤️🦋

Our community signed on to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library last at the beginning of 2026 to give our children the best start in life. Inspired by Dolly Parton’s own dad, who couldn’t read or write.

While our hearts are incredibly sad today, we’re more inspired than ever to continue this important mission. Together, we are building a brighter future for our children.
