Year-in-Review: 2025 Public Safety Statistics
Liberty County, Texas — As I reflect on my first year serving as Liberty County Precinct 2 Constable, I want to thank the citizens of this community for their trust and support. Since taking office, our focus has been simple and unwavering: serve with integrity, stay proactive, and protect this community day and night.
From January 1, 2025 through December 29, 2025, the Liberty County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office recorded the following activity:
• Individual Arrests: 55
• Search Warrants Executed: 4
• Calls for Service: 232
• Citations and Warnings Issued: 675
• Warrants Served: 55
• Civil Papers Served: 52
Charges Filed Include:
• Felonies: 55
• Misdemeanors: 14
Key offense categories included drug-related crimes, theft, assaultive offenses, weapons violations, and interference with emergency calls. Notably, drug-related arrests accounted for the majority of felony cases, underscoring the ongoing impact of m**hamphetamine and other narcotics in our area.
These numbers represent more than statistics, they reflect real work by a committed team focused on keeping our neighborhoods safe. M**hamphetamine and theft continue to be major drivers of crime in Liberty County, and we have been deliberate in addressing both through enforcement, warrants, and proactive patrol efforts.
As we move into 2026, I want the community to know this: we are not slowing down. We will continue full steam ahead, aggressively targeting m**h distribution, theft, and repeat offenders who threaten the safety and quality of life in Precinct 2.
I am 100% committed to providing consistent, reliable law enforcement coverage—day or night—and to working alongside our partner agencies to ensure Liberty County remains a place where families can live, work, and raise their children safely.
Serving as your Constable is an honor I do not take lightly. My commitment is, and will remain, to this community and the people who call it home.
