Unfortunately, due to the predicted rain and wind tomorrow, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Open House.

A big shoutout and thank you to Community Service Officer Dalonn Pearson, who has been working hard behind the scenes preparing what would have been a great day for our community. We truly appreciate all of the time and effort that went into planning this event.

We hope to reschedule in the near future and look forward to seeing everyone then. Stay safe and thank you for your understanding.

Today, the Reading Police Department is proud to be at the RMLD Bike Event starting at 12:00 PM!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, approximately 150 bikes have been donated to children and families in need. Officers from RPD will also be leading a mini Bike Safety Course to help riders stay safe and confident on the road.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated bikes, the dedicated bike technicians who worked hard to repair and tune them up, ReadingCares, the Reading Climate Committee and to RMLD for hosting this amazing event and helping make it all possible.

This is what community partnership is all about!
