Barbey's Playground

Barbey's Playground This playground was revitalized by the Gilmore Henne Community Fund in 2011. Weekly clean-ups are held on Tuesdays at 5:00PM from March-November.

This playground was revitalized by the Gilmore Henne Community Fund in 2011 and the City of Reading completed the remainder of upgrades in 2012. The Gilmore Henne Community Fund also hosted summer playground programming here in 2012. The park is the perfect place to relax and read a book, play basketball, have a cook-out, or play a game of checkers. This is a Tobacco-Free Playground.
