⛳ Two Months to Go!

Our 18th Annual Golf Outing is just two months away on Monday, August 3rd, and we can't wait to spend the day with our incredible supporters at Reading Country Club! This year, we will be honoring Exeter alum and beloved baseball coach Carl Solarek.

As ECEF's largest fundraiser of the year, this event helps fund innovative programs, student opportunities, and resources that elevate Exeter's educational experience.

We're quickly approaching our cap on golf foursomes, so if you've been thinking about joining us, now is the time to register! To learn more or reserve your spot, visit https://www.exetereducationfoundation.org/golf

We still have sponsorship opportunities available and would love to partner with you. Please contact us to learn more.

Thank you for helping us invest in Exeter students—we look forward to another great day on the course!

Keeping track of school events, holidays, early dismissals, and important dates can be a challenge. ECEF is excited to provide a free magnetic refrigerator calendar to Exeter families!

To make sure there was enough room for all the important dates and information, we created two calendars for the 2026-2027 school year. The first calendar covers June–December 2026 and is being distributed now. A second calendar covering January–June 2027 will be sent home before winter break.

Because a giveaway of this size involves thousands of families, distribution logistics were no small task! Calendars will be sent home this week with the youngest family member in each K-8 building who has a daily homeroom. Families with students at the Senior High School who would like a calendar may have their student pick one up in the main office.

If your family does not receive a calendar, don't worry—there are extras available in each school's main office. We will also have calendars available for our newest Eagles during upcoming kindergarten orientations.

A very special thank you to our calendar giveaway sponsors Chris Nein-Loan Originator-NMLS #128621 and Berks County Real Estate - Sam Padovani for their continued support of ECEF and Exeter students. Their generosity helps us provide meaningful resources and opportunities for our school community. And many thanks to Emily Nein for designing the calendar and Mail Shark for their guidance and production.

We hope this calendar helps your family stay connected and informed throughout the school year!

Congratulations to the 100+ members of the Exeter Township Senior High School Class of 2026 who were recognized at last evening’s awards ceremony! We are so proud of all of your accomplishments and excited to see what comes next for each of you.

A special congratulations to our four Student Ambassadors — Chase Detweiler, Madyson Hirneisen, Ethan Tibbetts, and Abigail Wade — who were selected to receive the Exeter Community Education Foundation scholarships. We are incredibly proud of the dedication, leadership, and enthusiasm each of you brought to the inaugural year of our Ambassador program. Thank you for helping shape what this program will become for future students.

We also want to thank the Exeter High School Eagles Alumni Association for their incredible work throughout the year that culminates in such a meaningful evening for seniors. We deeply appreciate the continued friendship and partnership between our two organizations, including their support in honoring our ECEF Student Ambassadors through these scholarships.

What a wonderful night celebrating the Class of 2026!💙🤍🦅

For the second year, we asked students at our Food Truck Festival what they know about ECEF!

Thank you to all of the students who participated. We’re especially excited that some of these students will be joining us next school year as part of our Student Ambassador program.

Many thanks to our Student Ambassador, Adam Cooke, for creating this video compilation! We’re still not sure who is going to make our videos after you graduate in two weeks — you’ve set the bar pretty high. We are so grateful for all of the creativity, time, and talent you’ve shared with ECEF!

A huge thank you to all of our Eagles Nest sign sponsors for another incredible season of support!

Last week, the signs came down from their home fence and were proudly displayed at our 5th Annual Food Truck Festival. This partnership fundraiser continues to support both ECEF and the Exeter High School Eagles Alumni Association and we are so grateful for the businesses, families, and community members who help make it a success.

Special thank you to Chris Nein for his continued support and hard work in helping make the Eagles Nest the place to be!

Information about becoming an Eagles Nest sign sponsor for the 2026–2027 school year will be coming out soon — stay tuned!

What a night at our 5th Annual ECEF Food Truck Festival!

Thank you to our incredible Exeter Township community for coming out and making it such an amazing evening filled with great food, beautiful weather, and even exciting playoff sports happening right on campus. Events like this truly show what makes Exeter such a special place.

A HUGE thank you to our vendors and food trucks for serving up an incredible variety of food all night long, and to everyone who helped make the event run smoothly behind the scenes.

Special thanks to:

* East Penn Manufacturing Co. for the very popular Build-a-Battery contest. So much fun! And thanks to our own John Dever for running it for the entire night!
* Alex Young and his crew- we couldn't do this without you!
* Tom Legath
* ETSD Administration for their continued support of this event
* ETPD and ETVFD
* Exeter Supply Company
*Mrs. Lorraine Selke and EMA
* Exeter Township for their partnership and support
*The ECEF board of directors

Our biggest thank you goes to Kristy Weller, who has chaired this event each year we've hosted it. The amount of time, energy, and heart she puts into making this such a wonderful night for our community does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything she does for ECEF and Exeter Township.

We hope everyone had a fantastic time! What was your favorite truck!?
